Parts & Service
HJA's staff has been providing parts and service programs to national accounts for over 25 years. Our services have been utilized by such companies as OfficeMax Corporation (nationwide), Scrivner Corporation (Northeastern United States), Valu Home Centers (New York and Pennsylvania), Cost Plus World Markets (Midwest and California), Fry's Electronics (Midwest and Western United States), Staples/Business Depot (Canada all).
HJA benefits and features:
- Centralized source for all parts and service requirements. HJA International will be the centralized customer service center for all of your parts and service needs. You will have a dedicated service representative available 24hrs a day for all incoming calls. Regular business hours are from 8am EST to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.
- Toll free 800 number for the reporting of all service calls. Fax and Email also available.
- HJA and all service companies are required to provide insurance documentation to the levels required by our customers.
- Fully trained baler service technicians.
- Equipment documentation records. HJA compiles a complete record of all baling equipment owned by our clients that we service.

Preventative Maintenance
This program has been successful in reducing maintenance costs by insuring the equipment is properly maintained and helps eliminate costly emergency repairs. This program also provides a record to our client that all safety and operational procedures are being adhered to and all safety mechanisms on the equipment are operating properly.
